What Is Immune Engineering?

Traditional immunotherapy activates or regulates the immune system — drugs remove blockades, letting immune cells work better.
Immune engineering goes further: it directly modifies immune cells themselves — rewriting their DNA, installing new receptors, deleting limiting genes, making them into 'super immune cells' impossible in their natural state.
