In traditional medicine frameworks, aging is an irreversible natural process, and medicine can only 'manage' it. But at the frontier of aging biology, this framework is being challenged: a growing body of research shows that certain dimensions of aging — especially immune system aging — under specific conditions, can be partially reversed or significantly slowed.
