CAR-T cell therapy — Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell therapy — takes patients' own T cells from blood, genetically engineers them in the laboratory to express a specially designed receptor that can precisely recognize specific proteins on tumor cell surfaces, then massively expands these modified cells and reinfuses them into patients to hunt tumors.
