If the immune system is an army, T cells are its most rigorously trained special forces.
Unlike other immune cells, each T cell recognizes exactly one specific enemy — then concentrates every available resource to take it out with precision. Once it locks on, it clones itself into thousands of identical copies, forming a targeted strike force.
